How does one actually play the music/playlists that one desires?

I made a playlist, but its not displayed in the BGM subsection, and it shows a bunch of playlists only. There is a shuffle and "auto" option.

Any help is much appreciated.

It looks like it chooses the 'mood' of music from tracks on your PS3 via the info obtained from the CDDB e.g. style, tempo etc. I don't think you can create oyur own playlist. Just choose a style of music.

I don't see that much point to it though, wouldn't the processing time be better spent folding?

How would I allow the PS3 to obtain info from the CDDB? Right now it has no songs detected.

If you go to the about screen from with F@H it explains a bit more, essentially only music that has been imported directly from CD to your PS3 will have the full metadata required to work properly with the style options - "Shuffle all" should play from all the music on your PS3 though.

There's an option that you're prompted with when you first import a CD I think, that is probably also in the settings somewhere, where you can allow the PS3 to try and get CDDB data automatically.
