I have a spare 14€ as savings from my Xbox Live Rewards, so it should be "free" for me. I didn't check the price, but after seeing the video, I would like to have it in my games list.

That's the developer home page. It doesn't mention PC on there, but it's on Steam. Looks like they are based in Argentina. Strange as most SCHMUPs usually come over from Japan (PC arcade development then eventually released on Steam and possibly consoles).

I will change the title accordingly, the site @Silent_Buddha has shared mentions other platforms. Just played a few minutes so I can't say, but the little I played it seems promising.

From the little I played, it is. Super smooth and quite old school. It cost me 7€.

Yes, most of the SCHMUPS I had on the Xbox 360 came from Japan. They are very talented at that genre -and others- in particular. Xbox 360 had lots o SCHMUPs, and I had some of them:

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved
Jetpac Refuelled
Rez HD
Trigger Heart Exelica
IKARUGA
R-Type Dimensions
Mushihimesama
Trouble Witches Neo

I still prefer the classics overall, because the fad now seems to be filling the screen with a billion shots.

I've been playing this game a little, and it runs so smooth, it can be fun and all, but I would never ever recommend it. Japanese developers are still unbeaten at SCHMUPs . I could quickly review the game, but this review scoring this game with a 3 out of 10 sums it all up:
