Does anyone know what the current rates NVIDIA/ATI are paying TSMC (per wafer I suppose?) are, and what sort of prices AIB partners pay the big two for their assorted GPUs? I had a dig around but could only find info on the $87 5200 & 5700 deal NVIDIA were running last year.

Occasionally you can find information in the Digitimes articles regarding GPU prices.

For example, from http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20040823A4015.html

The high inventories have pushed down the prices of the MX4000 and FX5200 chips in the channel. The price of the MX4000 has dropped about 10% to US$11-12, while the price of the FX5200 has fallen about 20% to US$16, according to the sources.

From an article earlier this month (no longer available for free, but you can find copies of it by searching):

Nvidia recently cut prices about 10% on some of its graphics chips, with the mid- to high-end GeForce FX5700LE dropping to under US$40, the mainstream GeForce FX5200LE falling to under US$20 and the entry-level GeForce MX4408X and MX4000 dropping to US$12-13, according to sources at the makers.
