Please help with Kinect game requirement!

My wife just asked me to get a fitness game for her and my daughter - I suggested Dance Central but she said that she wants something that allows them to play simultaneously..."no problem" I stupidly replied thinking that it would be a simple task, however it seems no such luck...I almost purchased Your Shape only to find it's a turn-taking thang, so now I'm wondering if any fitness/dance games allow simultaneous play?

Thanks in advance for any help :)

My co worker has lost 10 pounds using EA sports active. He prefers it over Ubisoft because it's a little more structured, even though it's kinect implementation isn't as mature as the others.

cheers, the price is a bit high but it does look to be 'ok' and apparently EA are working on it.

thanks again

It's $50 at amazon.

Oh nice, looks like it's been cut across the board. Newegg has it for ~50 USD also, and I'm guessing the same will apply to other places.

Cool, even more glad EA botched the Kinect support badly when they released as now at 50, I'm willing to take a chance on it.

I don't think the botched (and, from what I'm reading on the EA forums, still not fixed) Kinect implementation is the reason for the price drop, as the Wii and PS3 versions are now under $50 too at Amazon.

So at $50 for the Kinect version, you are still paying the same for less included hardware, fewer workouts and a buggier implementation.

No what I meant was that the botched implementation is what made me drop EA Sports Active 2.0 from my launch list of games I was going to buy for Kinect. I was originally going to buy it until I saw the reports coming in.

At 100 USD, I wasn't willing to take a chance on it. At 50 USD I'm far more likely to take a chance. :)

I realize that I'm absurdly late to the party at this point, but here goes.

I have a friend in my friends list that has been playing a game called The Biggest Loser: Ultimate Workout for Kinect.

I have never heard of it but it's actually a fitness game, which also features multiplayer modes to play with your family.

thanks, but it's turn based...it's such a shame as I recon dance central would have been perfect if it were 2 players at the same time - they just want something to excersize together with
