Well, if SE was indeed to make a phone fully compatible with PSP games, they'd want to include a fairly high-end ARM application processor and a baseband anyway, even if they also included the PSP chip. So the Qualcomm chip in itself does not tell us much. I very much doubt they are including the PSP1 chip anyway, but it'd certainly be very interesting if they did.
