You should not be drinking too much. My dad say it will harm your liver bad.
Why buy a bottle of Absolut for €15 if I can have el-cheapo vodka for €3.99?

Flashback to college...

Someone once told me that drinking is a dirty habit; I of course replied that so is wiping my butt, but somebody needs to do it...

To give you an idea of my life. New years eve , 3 blunts of weed , a hit of x and 20 shots of diffrent liquer. no throwing up , no passing out

Tastes all the same und even if it didn't I wouldn't care after the 3rd shotglass. Why buy a bottle of Absolut for €15 if I can have el-cheapo vodka for €3.99? It's not like vodka was like whisky where you can actually taste a difference between some cheap blended piss (Jim Beam e.g.) and a 15 year old single malt.
So my favourite alcohol would be Vodka Uranov/Rachmaninov/Zarewitsch/Gorbatschov/whatever, as long as the price is <€5

L233 said:more like a "Coke vs. Pepsi" difference and not a "Jim Beam vs. Dalwhinny 15 year old" difference. It does not really matter.

Well as long as you don't substitute your daily water with alcohol you should be alright.

The difference in taste is to the point that I drink Coke by the case, but if a restaurant serves Pepsi products, I'll just drink water. I can also easily tell whether the Coke came from a can or a plastic bottle.
The importance of the subtle difference in vodkas depends greatly on how you are using it, I imagine. If you're mixing a kool-aid drink in a garbage can, a few cheap 1.75 liter bottles of generic vodka will be just fine.
Yes and my point is that the "generic" vodka is pretty much the same as the brand vodka. Because it's vodka.
