O'Neill: Bush planned Iraq invasion before 9/11

I dont think anyone is dumb enough to think that the US's concern over strategic oil supplies in the future started with the Bush admin. Nor dumb enough to think it had no bearing in the thinking in the Bush WH.

To say these docus were meaningless tho they were present in the VP's office early in the administration is as bad a manipulation of what they mean as what Oneill said and then recanted...
