NV50 specs?

yeah why not. Nvidia is pretty much doubling their transistorage every full GPU generation.

NV10 - 23 million
NV20 - 57 million
NV30 - 125 million
NV40 - 222 million
NV50 ? 400+ million ?

some people scoffed at the thought of NV40 having 200 million or more transistors.

unlike from NV30 ===> NV40 which had the same process, the NV50 should be on a smaller process, probably 90 nm.


edit: I'd like to know the amount of transistors in Riva128, TNT and TNT2

The TNT series had about 11-13 million transistors, if I remember correctly.
