i wouldn't be surprised that the only european country where the xbox is 2nd behind the PS2 would be the UK..

i understand that microsoft is claming the xbox is second in europe only the the fact that it sold better than the GC during the last two months of 2002.. if second for the sales of the latest festive season.

i have yet to find one microsoft PR that states the xbox installed base is larger than GC one in europe.

maybe if nintendo would have released some killer software for GC chrismas line-up in europe its sales wouldn't be as much shameful.

i'm happy at lease frenchies are able to appreciate good stuff.
