Broken as well. Warranty is long overdue.Honestly, if this is how hard you whack your controllers, I can't imagine the state of other protuberances that might spend some time in your hands.

I do. I use the same convex thumb grips given in Shifty's link (ORB, they sell you 2 pairs, one concave and one convex). So am I seeing this right, that this is still an issue and no hardware updates have ensured that the rubber sticks are more resistant?
BTW: It's my left stick too that is peeling off.
Shifty; Thanks for the link. Does anyone have any experience with these or rubber 'strap-ons' (whatever you'd call them )? Am I right that they'd be slightly bigger, so best to just buy enough for all my pads so that they all feel the same?
As always, we moaned and they delivered. Eventually. After years.
As always, I expect many other undocumented changes. Sometimes the best changes are those that are not promoted by fw changelog.
There is a function called "add to library" if I am not mistaken. This adds games to your Library in the main menu even if they are not downloaded. How about a dedicated function that shows all your past digital purchases and lets you download/install them without you needing to open the PSN store and browse through every single past download I've ever done since forever?
My personal nightmare is that I buy something, then forget to download it for whatever reason (full drive, maybe) and then not have any record of me having purchased that thing. My memory's really crap, and the download list will quickly become incredibly cluttered if trying out free stuff, demos and whatnot.
This I really, really miss.
