It's brown, black on black would be hard to see and look like smudge marks imo.Very nice. I would have been tempted to go with a silver pen but that black on black looks nice. Silver may be a bit garish.
I doubt this very much. For a start the ARM core is always running in standby mode; it's listening for messages from the PSN store like game and firmware updates, downloads of new titles that the user have purchased on another device and wants downloaded immediately as well as uploading game saves to the cloud. It's operation is virtually independent of the rest of the system.Will we ever gen a suspend and resume mode? I heard they had trouble getting the ARM chip to work like intended. May be a hardware issue, not software.
