My slim box appears to be thicker.

PS3 Slim is only about 1cm thicker/taller than PS4.

The box dimensions should be similar right ?

Edit:
Both have internal power brick. DS4 is wider and deeper to accommodate the touchpad + further apart handles, but again lower/thinner in profile.

I'd be surprised if the PS4 box is noticeably smaller.

Was at Sony Wonder Technology Lab in NY yesterday. No PS4 on display yet.
