That's actually what i'm getting at(and no the drivers were released before 3DMark2k3). The drivers aren't tweaked to look for the 3DMark executable which shows you that 3DMark2003 actually is working 100% and shows that Nvidia and to an small extent ATI both are cheating with the drivers. The program is 100% fine and I believe should be used for future benchmarks.
Like someone said earlier, Nvidia are at 2 strikes, one more and they are out.
They also use old nvidia drivers - I think if that review would have been published 2 weeks earlier it wouldn't look that bad. It REALLY looks like it was written 2-3 weeks ago... (though I've no idea why you'd want to publish it NOW unchanged).
