Need help graphical glitches everywhere(screens)

Hope someone can help me out. It started happening when playing nwn2 tried reinstalling drivers, different monitor...checked my tempertures too. just can't figure it out. It's everywhere I go.

Have you been overclocking the card?

When my R9800 died it produced similar patterns in 2D operation.

It would be memory related I would guess, failure in the GPU would effect the complete image would'nt it?

I had the same thing happen with my 9700 pro shortly before she died, but it was all over the screen and not just on half.

I sometimes get that on my 9800 nonPro. It only happens when the PC is first turned on. When it occurs, doing a reset fixes it up. I am overclocking the memory via bios mods. It plays fine in games.
