MotorStorm 2 in the making!

Split screen is needed, and it's always more fun to play splitscreen. Who plasy Tekken without splitscreen?...it's just more fun to play against your friends.

Well if you dont like a game because it does'nt offer more when being socialable with your frinds then dont buy it. People KNEW that motorstom did'nt have split screen befor the game was even released so as i said if you wanted split screen then why buy the game?

I didn't say anything about not liking it for what it was. I just thought its appeal was hampered by not having it. To me, it wasn't about being dissatisfied after-the-fact; people should know what they're getting into with a purchase there. But there does exist a fair number of people who want an easily accessible party game of sorts (especially when not everyone can afford a PS3!).

Personally, I find people asking for multiplayer games instead of solo at gatherings unless certain people wanted a short demo to show-off. After that it's the search for a game with multiplayer. It's good to play together. *shrug*

I want Motorstorm 2 to match (or come as close as possible) to the target render for the first Motorstorm.

If they are truly only utilizing a small fraction of the CELL's power then between using the CELL in the graphics pipeline and STREAMING TEXTURES FROM THE HDD I think they should be able to match the target render.

The game already looks great, but I hope they match the target render this time.

Look at the single player game, look at the grpahics and the framerate and then think about what split-screen would look and play like. Ponitless. The game is free online and you obviously have a internet connection so play online.

Never cared about playing online (especially when it comes to racing games). I like to play a game with friends who I personally know, and who are in the same place as I am.

I suggest to change your tone. It only works against you.

NICE! MS is the best offroad racer i played so far, i hope they would add the following in the sequel. so with 20% usage of cell in the first game on mind:
-split screen
-more maps
-more rainforest level
-better vegetations
-better particle effects
-smoothier shadows
-more mud and deformable surfaces
-FASTER vehicle loading time please!
and then i'll be a happy camper ^_^

i would like them to get close to the E3 2005 CG target render, if they get to say 90% of that render this would be the best off road racing game ever.
