motherboard help

Hi,

I was wondering whether anybody could help me?I have a compaq desktop that I got from my work and it has the Compaq 0788h motherboard. Could you possibly let me know which socket this processor has (intel pentium 4) and is it reasonably easy to move the processor from this to another motherboard. I have purchased the thermal paste etc but cant find any information on what socket this should be?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
