Monster Kingdom: Unknown Realm

I can't find much on this game, but the latest 1up show (the one with resistance, lair and gears previews) had a very nice video of this game in action, and it looked great and pretty interesting, with lush graphics, very interesting monsters and ways to take control of them, and interesting use of the ps3 controller too.

Anyway, I thought this game has so far been very much under the radar and maybe deserves some more attention, so a good way to start is making a thread ...

I was quite excited about this game after the awesome, but very short, trailer. However the first gameplay vid I saw looked very dull. The one at gamespot seems more interesting, so I'm looking forward to seeing more of this again.

You *really* want to see the footage in the 1up show. It is much better and enlighting about the gameplay than the footage in the gamespot video.

Very interesting game, the screens didnt really do it for me, but the video is a lot better to get an idea of what the game kinda is. Very unique looking game, if they play the story right It could be a sleeper hit imo. The creature with the black hair is kinda cool, I like how he reacts to the player with his hair sticking out.

How many playable characters are there? I noticed the girl and the guy with the glasses so far.

Did not know that, I suppose that bodes well then. I havent really been keeping up with it myself, whats the ETA on this game and will it hit all regions?

This game looks very very good. The art to me is outstanding. Wonder why more media in the west didn't pick up on it?

Nice colours that's for sure!
I had seen some material of this even before the 1up show and I remembered the fantastic colours.
I'll definately will follow how this game turns out to be.

Is there more detailed gameplay info anywhere? I watched the 1up footage, but I couldn't make much sense of it, except that's it's somehow like Pokémon but totally different in almost every possible way

This game deserves more attention. This game might have the best till function yet. What was funny is that in the 1up video that guy does something like "pouffff" and at the same moment you see those spikes comming out of that creature.
