It depends. If you asking me if it possible for a human in England to control the mind of a human in the USA just by thought, then i would have to say no.

With hardware it is sort of possible. I remember seeing a rat with some hardware attatched to the brain that stimulates the pleasure center. A person with a radio control device was controlling the rats movements. It not total mind control, but they get control of where the rat goes.

I'm afraid what i'm talking about has nothing to do with popcorn sales, and in any case, the site doesn't really bring any evidence to show that messaging is not possible because it would have to bring evidence to show it possible, which it doesn't.
I'm talking about using music, voices, facial expressions and scenery to actually trick you into believing something and stopping you from having the right reaction

Also, yes I believe that Mind Control can be done through Media and Drugs. Drugs is the most obvious choice, Media is both scarey and a little more obscure.
