Apparently Loadout on the PS4 is now available on PSN. It's a free-to-play game, so might be balls:

I tried it last night, seems okay. All of the menus are very much like those on a free-to-play game for your phone. If I'm honest I'll probably delete it later today. I'd much rather pay for a complete game than have the ftp stuff shoved down my throat.

I'm surprised that it's only 30fps since the graphics are quite basic.

Are you sure it's 30fps? I watched a trailer that said it was 60fps... unless I watched a trailer for the PC version?
