Kudos to ATI

Last I looked, the ad doesn't install spyware on your computer, doesn't reformat it, doesn't ask you invasive questions, and doesn't kill your dog. It's an ad people, who cares about ads? Play the game, that's all that matters in the end - THE GAME. I could care less if they had an ad about Viagra up on there, or an on how great Lard is.

As many has pointed out here, Radeon 8500 and Radeon 9700 both play the game excellently, as does the Parhelia, so I don't see what all the whining and moaning is about.

Actaully

that NV logo has shown up in lots of places...AA game, Black Hawk Down Demo, ect....

I think the debate that Tim S. can not write a game with good graphics/IQ is put to rest. This game outclasses everything else out there today...that bombing run Anubis map is very nice looking! The effects from the particle system and creatitve lighting using projectors...all nice stuff...

BTW there is in the system dir a benchmark.exe program that runs it through 4 settings. Two in fly by two in bot matches...It will report back the FPS.
