Kameo?

I just want more screenshots from Hardknock.

Keep 'em coming man.:D

 Don't get me started man, you know I can't help myself!!

I'm a really big fan of homemade screenshots because if done right you get a better idea of what a game looks like in real-world conditions, not the doctored stuff you get from developers.

9/10 for me. Just because I honestly can't think of an action-adventure game this good in years. OOT is the last one I can think of, never played majora's mask.

This is just a great game, I only wish they would've given you more time to use each character, they are all so unique and a most of em are really fun to use. The pacing was a little off, needed more exploring between characters, but there was always the badlands to go kick some ass.

Really looking forward to the sequal. I hope they get there ass in gear and hit a reasonable timeline.

There have been several action-adventure games over the years better than Kameo. That said, Kameo /is/ my favorite 360 launch game, though I have my share of complaints about it (the length of it being a primary one).

And yes, the adaptive help is overly aggressive. I didn't realize what it was at first... within 20 seconds of encounting a platforming objective/boss, Ortho will tell you to talk to him in the Wotnot and will flat out tell you exactly what to do.

So, is the jaggie shimmery problem only with the demopod Kameo, can you reproduce similar bad quality with the retail version of the game if you have wrong settings on your tv and/or xbox360?
What exactly do you need to have set up wrong to get such bad quality, is it enough if you only leave the xbox360 video settings to 480i even though the TV is set up at 720p.

I felt the exact same way when I saw the demo pod at my local bestbuy. It really looked bad. I haven't said a lot about it because so many people here claim it looks fantastic, but it looked pretty ugly when I saw it (Atleast in terms of texture filtering and AA). Perhaps it was just the demo version of the game.

It's really tough to judge the screenshots people provide though, since they are generally resized camera shots and not screen grabs.

Nite_Hawk, Lysanders picture is Exactly how the game looks in 720p. There no jaggies or shimmer it is as clean as a whistle.

The picture on my screen looks considerably better than those pics, but for the most part that's what you're seeing on screen. If you played Kameo and saw jaggies everywhere, you simply were not palying the final version on a correct set-up, there's no other explanation.

Trying to find jaggies in Kameo is like looking for a needle in a haystack...

I can spot jaggies pretty easily, but my screen is 61" and I don't sit very far from it, but I must say that if you don't look for them they are not noticeable.

i dunno I have 46" screen and sit fairly close, it's CRT though, not LCD. The only way I can see jaggies is if I force it by turning sharpness up to like 90, at 60 or 70 it's great. I've actually spent time running around looking for jaggies and haven't been able to find any.

PGR3...now that''s a different story :(
