It's Saturday, I'm bored.

My wife woke me up at noon so I'm actually well rested for a change, but she woke me just so she could go down for a nap. It's been raining the last few days and still is on/off here, the kids are running all over playing on PCs & watching TV and I'm sitting here lazily cruising the boards and trying to motivate enough to get up and clean my kitchen.

Clean my kitchen or play some mafia? I can't decide.

It's not really a good time to get into Mafia 'cause the kids are constantly needing something, the boards are too slow to keep me attention, and my kitchen is awful messy.... :?

Ok, ok....off to clean a kitchen.

The dishes are all done and I've done two loads of laundry and emptied the swimming pool, can I play Mafia yet? :|

I was working on a boat today - installing a water pump on a generator, replacing a dead LCD used for electronic navigation, installing a few lights, and a bunch of other odds and ends.

The pump was a pain because I had to put a Cat pump on a Perkins engine (Cat ownes Perkins now so it's really a Cat engine - but try explaining that to the Cat parts guys). That's why the mounting brackets are Cat yellow.

LCD is a BENQ FP731 (replacing an 18" NEC). I quite like it. When you scroll the charts quickly it ghosts a bit but that's what you get with a 25ms LCD.

Now it's nearly 11pm and I still have to do the dishes.

Here to I guess, my wife went to the store yesterday.

Seriously bogus weekend, it's overcast & nasty looking out threatening to storm at anytime and it's been that way most of the week.

Good day to sit in front of the computer though.

Unless its a bank (public) holiday! Although that always means a Black tuesday where you come back to heaps of work etc.
