The article is about the funding for the building of new fabs for Cell. There is an interesting part in where someone asked for the time frame for the next gen computer entertainment hardware that will use Cell, the Sony reps reply was "no comment". They also didn't mention PS3 by name. Hmmm....I wonder why.
