Have u guy/girls see this movie, it won all the hong kong oscar (12 to be exact) that are available.

I've seen it like 5 times and i still want more.

Some of the best actor in asia if not the world (Tony Leung -win Cannes best actor award for In The Mood Of Love in 2000) star is this cop thriller that in my opinion no Hollywood movie in recent time will match it. As Kikizo stated it clearly that this movie is the benchmark for the genre in the future.

This is the first time that i see Kikizo review a hong kong movie, and guess what is the score was- 9.1 out of 10

I didnt see any recent hollywood movie get that high scores..

I hope the Hollywood remake which star Matt Damon and Leonardo Di Caprio will be as good as the original.

Saw it recently. Quite a good thriller, typical ending for an asian film .

Is it just me, or are a lot of people about symmetry / opposites / mirror-images or so (e.g. see Full Time Killer)?

And "meh!" for remakes.

What's up with all the remakes in Hollywood lately? There must've been dozens over the last few years (none of them better than the original). Running out of ideas?

brilliant film... saw it last week and i have 2 say it kept my eyes on the screen 4 the full duration smthing that few films have achieved... this is how modern police thrillers should be made, never heard of a hollywood remake, i just hope it doesnt suck like most remakes do...

You should also see Infernal Affairs 2 and 3. 2 is very Godfather-esque.

I seen part 2 and 3 and part 2 is good but part three is hard to understand.
