Please note that the author of this thread has nothing against Sega, AM2 and Shenmue. It is the endless bitter DC fanboys that irritates the hell out of him.

"Oh Shenmue looks better than game X!"
"Soul Calibur 2 looks no better than Sould Caliber!"
"DC can render Metriod Prime, with a few drop in details here and there!"
"MSR looks almost similar to PGR!"

I think i will stop now. Shenmue has a good engine done by a team of talented people but many a times it is way overrated by the bitter DC fanboys. It looks good, but it is old now and many games today looks better than Shenmue.

As i said before, give Bungie, ID, Team Kojima or Naughty Dog the time, resources and direction, i am certain they will deliver an equally impressive looking game.
