I think you are extremely unfair with the game.Quality is not a term I would use to describe this game to be honest.
Is Metro Exodus an open world game though like this one?The only thing it has going for it is the sheer amount of foliage on screen, the rest of the game is nothing special to me.
If Metro Exodus can do it at 60fps on consoles I'm sure it should be able to quiet easily on PC.
I suppose it just depends on how much work is required to get it embedded in to the engine.
Depending on the game, compromises have to be made. The reason I am asking is because I m trying to find a game of similar design that had implementation of RGTI to understand if this was a sacrifice due to it's open world and dynamic daytime
Another title whose scale got larger is FF 7 Rebirth and that had similar cut backs in lighting similar to Forbidden West so there must be a trend here
