You obviously don't get or understand the character. He has more than ninjitsu skills. Plus, his motivations are different than the teachings of the ninja. And he doesn't kill. In other words, he's not really just a ninja, he's "the goddamn Batman".

Superman is supposed to be ingame. It's obvious that background is just a concept art (which they showed before).
