Hi-Res Resident Evil 4 Official Trailer

Wow, that is just  wow.

That grim waterlogged looking fellow in the trench-coat sure is cool, but I can't help but feel that I have seen him before... :?

Sorry, this demo is completely phenomenal. It is the most impressive one I've seen at E3 IMO. The textures, lighting, detail, & the animation has even been improved upon. Followed by MGS3, LOZ, & Halo's fantastic multi-player demonstration. (console-wise)

Wow, that is so    The scenes with the monks are so cool OMG. Normally I don't like Resident Evil but I am seriously considering this one...

New controls

You then traverse through a wooded area that?s relatively free of enemies, allowing you to get a handle on the controls. A is the main action button, allowing you to interact with various objects when an icon pops up. Holding B allows you to run. B + down lets you do a 180-degree turn. Holding R puts you into aiming mode, and pushing A while aiming allows you to shoot or attack. Being used to inverted controls in shooters, I found myself looking at the sky more often than I?d like, but this setup is certainly easier to work with than the old-fashioned RE controls. One sticking point though is that Y pulls up the menu and start pulls up the map. I was instinctively hitting Start every time I needed to reload or heal, despite watching other people make the same mistake for half an hour before.

i don't know. First of all look at what a hard time he seems to have aiming. Its not just one video.

The game isn't scary...at all.

The guy might be blind. No, really, i havent seen the video, but the controls can't possibly be any worse than previous RE games, that was already as bad as it could get.

Maybe it's the same problem the guy at PGC had. He's just used to invert controls. I usually suck when I don't activate that option in FPS's xD

If there isn't an invert Y-axis in the final game, I'm gonna be pissed.

Seriously, I won't buy the game if it isn't there; I *HATE* games that don't have the invert Y-axis option.

These are the kinds of backward villages where Lovecraft set most of his horror, although obviously not in America.

It may not look like it with the open areas and focus on action but playing this game could get very tense under the right conditions.
