It looks pretty interesting. Has a nice play on the recent dinosaur -> bird evolution discussion sparked in part by the beautiful Chinese fossils ... I just recently saw a display in Maastricht with replicas of some of the best Chinese and European fossils put up together in 'chronological order'. It suggests that dinosaurs developed feathers so they could become a warm-blooded animal, which made them more mobile.

But don't forget though that the image has a black background. So it's likely to be concept art in one form of another - your mileage in-game may vary.

The amount of polygons in the teeth is just too much for a realtime model. The rest of the model is too rough, too, soft forms and so on. It's probably a rendered piece of fan art.
