IGN has some pictures of the Xbox version, it looks the only upgrade is HDTV support.

From the size I'm guessing it'll support 720p..... That'll be pretty nice, except my HDTV doesn't support 720p :? (wish it would at least convert it to 1080i)

720p would be nice, although i fear it would only highlight the blandness of the graphics. that is, unless they re-work the textures a bit.
only adding 720p would be rather lazy. better textures would be nice. oh and a steady framerate woul help...

While HDTV support seems to be the major thing, I think they're also upping some textures and polygon counts. From my memory, the pictures of the guy from gta3 look better than my pc version, and the textures on the trees and buildings look better than my pc version, which has all settings maxed and full anti aliasing and a-tropic filtering...but maybe I just never noticed.

Looks like the 'glow' effects on lights is gone too, as is probably the entire Trails feature. Meh.

It's always been Computer Entertainment System, from PSONE all the way to PSP.
