Why Birmingham?

Why do I suspect Dave's cheek was bulging when he suggested that? It has a "fine" motorway running through high-rise housing estates and, if I recall correctly from driving through (& not stopping), some good high voltage electrical pylons.

I wonder if they ever got round o their plan of building a "beach" under spagetti junction.

I spent a summer attending "school" there.

Very pretty place. No so touristy, but good for hiking and biking, if you're into that.
