Getting .NET 2003 to recognise Apache/SQL server

My Apache server works but .NET cannot detect SQL instance.

I have severe amounts of trouble trying to find documentation but I cannot find a thing.

Does anyone know where I can get help for this?

Just letting you all know that it's now working perfectly. Without 1 shred of help from people or documents I figured it out in about 30 minutes purely by mucking around.

My databases and tables are viewed everywhere.
