Fixed width skin

I don't know how complex such a request would be, but is it possible to add a fixed width skin in order to center the forums in the middle, for those with large monitors?

Pardon me if this has been asked before, but I cannot seem to find any previous discussion on this issue, at least when searching for "fixed width" look and feel.

Are you saying you have your browser maximized or close to? I have my browser taking up only a portion of the screen, enough roughly for 1280 width or so.

It is called "Windows" for a reason. . . .and so far as I know competitors have adopted the same basic concept.

And if you absolutely HAVE to have it, write a custom CSS and use it for this forum.

There's little I detest more than fixed width templates / websites. Ugh! Resizing your window and/or zooming (Opera has done that perfectly for a long time now) should be more than adequate.
