Would love to see them go on and start a new studio making x-com type games. Really love that type of game and could always use more

Hopefully they start a new studio or land at a place that could use their guidance and expertise. It might be more exciting for gamers if they are outside the XCOM-style genre if they really had a passion project they wanted to do but never had the chance when they were inside Firaxis.

Either way, looking forward to see what happens next.
