File won't go away...

There's a file on my hard drive that Windows won't let me delete, even though I've restarted several times and no program is using it (Windows tells me a program is using it, no program is using it). Anyone know the solution to this problem?

This is a common problem with Windows... I think you try booting into safe mode and deleting it.
