Hello, im back again with more weird stuff (thats what we collectors like most 
). Just got package from IT admin in one hospital with 2 medical cards used in radiology (both were used with dual profi monitors). Sadly hes missing drivers and knowledge where they come from. I'll start with easy one:

This is Eizo VREngine/SMD5-PCI card with only few info available. Looks like only rebranded RealVision card sold by Eizo in set with their monitors. User manual with not much usefull info can be found here...

According to press release it should use company Lupin-2 core designed for medical use... (not sure if its not based on 3Dlabs technology)...

Card is working, just showing image rotated by 90° to the right and in small window in center of screen. So i need drivers for this card to test it. Sadly they can be downloaded only if you have registered device at Eizo...So im asking if someone working with similar stuff with account on Eizo is able to download latest driver 3.2.7N2 for me... Second card is even harder - have no image on screen (probably not supported frequency). Sadly can't find any info at all. I guess it was sold as part of whole solution (some computer+monitors). But i'm not able to find anywhere its name. I guess its Fuji DVI01 card. It uses daugherboard with very rare Silicon Motion LynxEM+ chip (1st time i see it on card), but its probably used only for DOS support.

Main GPU would be Altera Apex programmable array (guess) seen on main PCB. Looking for any info about this card (name, device it came from, press releases, drivers, anything) - sadly im able find only few sellers and no info at all.
