Downloadable PS1 games and backwards compatibility

There were several DC emulators for PC, the one in particular i remember is Bleam. It shouldnt be too difficult to create a similar emulator for PS3, especially with Sega's support and internal documentation. DC wasnt nearly as complex to emulate as PS2.

I remember that Bleam was a PS1 emulator for the DC and PC. Did they also create a DC emulator?

Bleamcast was the PSX emulator for the DC.

currently, nullDC is the best DC emulator. There's also Makaron(Linux only, IIRC), Demul(dunno too much about that one, other than it also emulates the various DC based arcade boards), and the now dead Chankast.
