Anybody getting the beta on 360? I just got a beta code promised for me on the 23rd. Will definitely determine if I follow through with buying the game. Co-op campaign experience will make or break it.

What platforms do you have?

Bungie beta codes give 3 downloads on the platform they get assigned to, so there are plenty of people with unused download codes.

I think that the Beta Keys are gone anyway, at least that is what a friend told me when he wanted to pre-order just to see the beta..

Most of the keys that got distributed with preorders have probably been used. But using them gives you 3 download codes for the platform you select, so there are a ton of download codes out there.

If you announce what platform you have, someone might be able to hook you up. I have a couple spare PS4 codes if people want them.

I must say. Although visually isnt top notch, it is a lot of fun. I wasnt expecting to be so absorbed into the world.

The alpha completely changed the minds of a lot of people, myself included. I'm sure the beta will as well, for anyone who hasn't played the alpha. I absolutely loved the alpha and I'm playing the shit out of the beta. If it weren't for the alpha, I probably would have skipped it completely. I absolutely love this game.

this game really that good? i only watched the videos on youtube and it looks like Halo but much yellow-er. If it does play like Halo, then i think i will like it

Got a beta invite over the weekend for reasons unknown. The invite was sent from "The PlayStation Store". Strange. But as they say, don't look a (verified) gift horse in the mouth.

Also, getting good loot progressively, much better than in thre Alpha. ALso have some stuff now which requires level 9 !

I'm getting worse loot than in the Alpha, by my recollection. I seem to recall getting a lot more rare (green) drops.

Also, everything gathered from the Beta will be transfered to the retail version.

Has that been confirmed? The last thing I heard directly from Bungie (right before the start of the beta) was that they were considering carrying stuff over, but no decision had been made.

Much better than Diablo3, I must say. My Titan looks suweet while my DemonHunter with a ll Legendaries looks like he is covered with puke ! Really loving the art direction of the character gear !

Tried to redeem Destiny beta code today, I get told my code - handed straight to me from the hands of a dude working at my favorite retailer - has already been redeemed.

Somewhere along the line from Activision to my wallet, the code leaked to the wrong people and was consumed. I bet it's the same shit with all the other codes on that whole sheet of paper.

Just pre order from a EU account and cancel the preorder. Your beta will start downloading. EU accounts charge money on launch date, not immediately.

Apparently, you can pre-order a digital copy at Gamestop and get beta access.

There wasn't a key, the beta client was just added to your library automatically if you pre-ordered a digital copy on PSN.
