I purchased the Call of Duty game of 2022, because it supported XeSS. I want the game to play the campaign, which was truly spectacular on the 2022 version.

In regards to the Gamepass subscription you need to play the game, Activision indicated this:

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Multiplayer and Zombies Won’t be Included with Base Xbox Game Pass Tier

Those subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass will get access to the entire game. No modes will be available through Game Pass Core.
