everyone knows about windows 9. Even the lay folk that I know are asking me questions about it and they are all going to wait till next year for upgrading . Windows 9 / sub 28nm gpus next year / Dx12 / Intel 13nm are all next year and that's when I think a lot of upgrades will happen
