Argh... is it downloadsble? Will have to save it and listen to it at home. Damn work PCs... Why can't we have Audigy2's and 7.1 surround sound systems at work!? Oh and a nice NV40 too. To run Excel and Access. But accellerated Excel and Access! Yay.

Hmm, not sure how legit that is, considering the guitar changes halfway through (without the music ever stopping) suggests that something isn't right! Certainly an excellent guitarist though.

Yeah, the guy is very..very fast... I can only imagine the studio work done on that though. I hear some variety of stuff in that Steve Via plays only a bit faster. A lot of heavy metal cliches and classical scales done at extraordinary speeds. heh, nice marketing though. Kids will buy the instructional video thinking they will be able to play like that... They don't know the years it will take to become half as competent as that fellow. Anyhow the video appears to be dubbed over the music like most any rock video. But speaking from experience that guy is one of the fastest players I have ever seen. I could tell from the vid that he is at least capable of what we were hearing but too play it as flawlessly as he did .. nah. Surely though you could learn lots from the lesson looks like good stuff, quite impressive really.

A lot of guitarist would be jealous possibly and say things like "speed isn't everything" bla bla bla. I never saw the charactor before this, err at least I don't think so. Anyhow he is fast as hell. I like Steve Via even though he is a bit of a cheeser as well.
Check out this dude, he plays a custom 8-stringer and he hits all the cliche's (classical Yngwie sweeps, over the top speed, and monotony)
