Here is the the rank of the graphical power of consoles (including handhelds). From most powerful to least powerful. This is a practical (as opposed to theoretical) lineup, as you can either use visual inspection, or benchmark for comparison. It includes the whole platform, not just the GPU or CPU.

8. iPhone "2G"/3G (MBX-Lite)

Some were left out because they had insignificant market penetration. There may be some fuzziness between XBox/Gamecube, and DS/N64. But other than that, the list is solid.
