Changing IRQs in Vista

I can't seem to change IRQs in Vista. While Vista does a pretty good job at auto assigning them, I have noticed problems with some hardware. I hope there is a way to change these manually... if anyone knows.

IRQs are directly associated with PCI slots. You'll have to change the card to a different slot. Read your motherboard's manual for information about slots with shared IRQs. Also Creative sound cards don't like to be in slots with shared IRQs, at least post-Audigy.
