Is this Vers ?

Nice presentation, I remember when vers made it and I remember the one I made too ( I used some of the images and slides he had prepared as they already captured the spirit of the patent perfectly and there was no reason to re-invent the wheel as the patent is the same... heh I was working basically in parallel to him as I was working on makign a presentation of my own, but he posted his one first so I asked if I could use some of his ppt file of course whenever I post it in forums I will have to give him credit as he is the one who came out first with a CELL presentation: of course I have added some new content and done editing work aside changing color schemes and slides backgrounds which was also performed ).

is there any truth to this extremely brief blurb on CELL achitecture?:
- Nekkei reported that Sony has begin the development of the next generation game system PlayStation 3, the PS3 will support broadband Internet connect (cable, ADSL and Optical fiber) right at the beginning, it will also have the MPU as the key semiconductor, a new micro processor unit co-developed by Toshiba, Sony and IBM, it is expected the new processor to be 200 times more efficient than the current processors for videogame machine and computer, as the data are pre-processed by the central server on the network and sent back to the MPU, the MPU can generate the animation and music on the user machine while data is being transferred from the network. As a result, the new machine will have no limit on the memory capacity or processing power. Sony is expected to release first details of the system in 2005.
