What's are the chances today that EA has a 30min+ presentation talking about the game's devlopment and a bunch of "how excited we are" PR nonsense and then only shows a CG trailer without any actual gameplay...

Call me skeptical but I'm not sure this game will have the same staying power as BF3 or BF4. First person shooters have been built around aim-down-the-sights gunplay over the last decade. How many WW1 guns even had ironsights let alone scopes?

Are they serious? 95% CGI, the rest being "representative of XB1", meaning most probably running on a beefy PC?

And they were talking shit about COD Infinity? That at least showed plenty of gameplay (comparatively), with awesome space fight (better than in battlefront), and we know will actually be representative of consoles (having slight shimmering, aliasing and average textures quality).

I'm sure it will look great considering Star Wars: Battlefront capabilities and I'm excited for a WW1 setting. I wonder if this will be the first game to finally get Origin onto my PC.

Also even with, the crappy Twitch stream, it looked a whole lot better than the COD trailer (purely from a trailer perspective, not comparing gameplay coverage)

I think it was all "in engine", no doubt rendered on a PC. I'm not sure whether that means 'real time' or not though.

Hm BF:SW is completely static. This apparently has BF: BC2 level of destruction...if they can really make nice looking graphics and destruction...I would be impressed.
