Battlefield 1

Weren't Dice partnered with AMD for a long time? Did that change? I might have missed something :)

Probably nothing has changed. Today Battlefield 5 may be shown running on Pascal 10 and 11 and these GPUs might actually be formally announced today.
But nVidia has a history of doing paper launches, substantial driver updates, etc. in the same day as AMD's formal announcements in order to drive away attention from the competition (this works especially well if you're the current top dog), so Pascal's reveal of today might be just that: a paper launch for something being released in September.

For example, the GTX 1080 is all but officially confirmed to feature GDDR5X and nVidia will probably announce it today, however Micron won't start volume production of GDDR5X until August, so at least for the higher-end GP104 we're most definitely looking at a paper launch.

Anyone recognize that grenade?

Hasn't it already been confirmed that both the 1070 and the 1080 will be available in retail in June? Today is the editors day launch for both cards. I'm not sure we'll see benchmarks just yet though.

Isn't that a Zeppelin in the sky?
If it is, we're looking at a World War I themed game.

Not to my knowledge, no. There are rumors pointing to June (as there were rumors pointing to April availability), but why would rumors supplant official statements from Micron?

Zeppelin in the background?

Steampunkish fantasy stuff sounds more plausible than WWI, though.

Apparently it is named Battlefield 1.

I like it. WW1 is great setting, with tons of potential. Plains, tanks, swords, calvary, machine guns, altilery, gas bombs, flamethrowers, and yes, zeppelins (both recon and bomb raids).

Steampunk fantasy would probably spawn an even worse overall response that last week's Call of Duty (and that's a pretty low bar, BTW).
Fans have been asking for a World War-themed Battlefield for over 10 years.

Makes sense that it's called Battlefield 1, since the actual first game in the series was called Battlefield 1942.

What's are the chances today that EA has a 30min+ presentation talking about the game's devlopment and a bunch of "how excited we are" PR nonsense and then only shows a CG trailer without any actual gameplay...

Close to zero, since some notorious people have seen gameplay footage, tweeted about it and then removed said tweets as per EA's request.

They can downport the thing to psone, why not?
Along with an exclusive mobile version, just for this model:
