This is a of road Baja racing game. I watched the Qore video interview and he said he wanted to make the GT/Forza of off road, so I assume it's a sim. He mentioned small low powered buggies all the way up to 800hp trucks. One type of race is 300 miles and takes a while to drive and the terrain never repeats.
One cool feature is you can have the AI take over for you while you eat or go to the restroom while racing online.
They also showed a three screen setup like Forza 2 can do, I expected it to be a PC version but he said it was three PS3s setup via lan. Nice feature, but I can't imagine it will be used much.
