Ha ha ha, no promises, but having people to race makes it more tempting.

I can barely complete a lap if I put it on Advanced. Adding the clutch would make it impossible for me.

That is why FM3 allows staggard starts and classes. Some may feel that cheap, but I know my friends who don't race well it is fun to take a slower car and "hang" with them. The only big thing when doing this is that those in faster cars need to not abuse it (e.g. heading faster into a corner to cut the inside and totally wiping the person out in front of them). Accidents happen (I remember my first time online.... oy vey!) but racing with better people... makes you better!

Lets put it this way: last night when I loaded up FM3 I was in the top 4% in the Porsche for a hotlap but 60% of my friends were above me To make matters worse, when my son was done racing I took over his controller on easy and bested my best time with auto break FYI with the autobrake you can nail 1:04 if you just follow the line lol I seem to be doing better with the pad and breaking seems a lot more involved if you want to cut tenths of seconds.

I cannot say for the Audi or Ferrari, but I believe Robert hit 1:00 last week and there are about 5 Gamersyde guys in the 0:59-1:00.x range, although I don't race with them much. And then you have a lot of us in the 1:04-1:09 range.

There is supposed to be SSF4 coming out either as DLC or a stand alone. I'd probably opt in for DLC, but would have to think twice or sell my copy of SF4 to buy a new stand alone.

Capcom seems to be up to its old tricks...next SSF4 Turbo.

I also managed a 59.x in the weekend the demo was released, haven't gotten back to it, but I come close to the best I'm going to be able to do reliably fairly quickly I think, because I've got a fair bit of racing game / sim experience.

Question for those at 1:00 or below: Do you follow the line provided or do you deviate? Maybe I am not breaking well enough, but I follow the line and I cannot seem to get it much faster. My guess is I am losing too much speed in breaking. I understand some of the principles of take a good line and when to brake/accel, but I am not very disciplined :|
