Olympic football is always under-23s, I believe. That is unless you are an African country as they often play quite a few 'ringers' who are considerably older than stated.

I'd actually be quite happy to watch some of the footy but here in the UK, coverage of the whole Olympic Football Tournament has been about 30 minutes in total in recent years!
