Arsenal champions of England

Olympics? Soccer isn't big at the olympics!

Portugal this year, that's big :)
And Suisse will win this year ;)

Olympic football is always under-23s, I believe. That is unless you are an African country as they often play quite a few 'ringers' who are considerably older than stated. :)

I'd actually be quite happy to watch some of the footy but here in the UK, coverage of the whole Olympic Football Tournament has been about 30 minutes in total in recent years!

Is Bergkamp now playing with Arsenal or is van Nistelrooy :?
(as you can see, i don't know much about football :D )

I hope Bergkamp is, i followed some college with him when he was studying to become a physiotherapist back in 1988 (we both didn't finish the study ;) )

Bergkamp plays for Arsenal, van Nistelrooy plays for Manchester United.

Who knows.
i understand Silvain Wiltord and Kanu (wasn't he with the heart operation, from Ajax) leave at the end of the season, so Arsenal only has 3 players for 2 places in the field ?

3.500.000 euro, that's cheap for a 20 year old dutch player

One thing I am 99% sure.... Even though is being played in Portugal, I doubt they will go any further than the normal group stage...
