It's messed up how frikkin' good a LEGO game looks.
They used a new engine for this one, didn't they? A lot of new effects there I don't remember seeing on the original games (self-shadowing, HDR lighting, etc).
Overall, the game engine used by previous Lego Star Wars games has been upgraded. It can now hold more than 200 moving units or objects on-screen. The graphics are more detailed than before, and the lighting has been improved to enhance the feeling of depth.
If you guys had been listening to me these past four years you'd see the Lego Star wars games rock. Been meaning to pickup this last one to play more COOP with the missus.
Also, Man from Atlantis, your Rage shots are beautiful. Make sure you post your .cfg in the Rage thread if you haven't already.
There's more to looking good than resolution and AA. I was referring to the lighting myself, which would look just as good at any resolution.3360x1890@1920x1080 + FXAA
THIS IS WHY!
What's the reason for using the FXAA inject over postMSAA? Better looks/performance?
And I thought the inject only worked on dx9 games
sure but it lacks sharpen filter as i saidLol so you know BF3 supports FXAA through the options menu right?
LMAO !
